Items

More and more young Moroccans believe that mastering English will give them access to better education and increase their chances of obtaining a position abroad. French is less popular than before. To decipher this subject, Pr. Hicham Sebti and Pr. Hafsa El Bekri conducted research based on the opinions of first-year focus groups at a business school.

The groups were composed in such a way as to reflect the diversity of the students in terms of social origin (students from the wealthiest classes and scholarship students) and mastery of the French and English languages (certain students displaying a particular appetite for 'one or the other of the two languages).
