Signing ceremony of partnership agreements between the supervisory ministry, the Fez-Meknes region, the UEMF and other universities in the region.
As part of the celebrations of the 45th anniversary of the Green March, the President of the Euromed University of Fez, Mr. Mostapha BOUSMINA, attended today, November 6, 2020, the major signing ceremony of partnership agreements between the supervisory ministry, the Fez-Meknes region and the universities of the region.
The ceremony was chaired by the Minister of National Education, Vocational Training, Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Said Amzazi, and the Minister Delegate in charge of Higher Education and Scientific Research , Mr. Driss Aouicha, in the presence of the Wali of the Fez Meknes region, the president of the Fez Meknes region, and the governors of the provinces of the region.
These conventions will give rise to several projects aimed at boosting a qualitative dynamic to the development of higher education in the Fès Meknes region.
Among these projects, an incubator will be set up within the Euromed University of Fez and will allow project leaders to create their start-ups in an innovation environment promoting productivity and the development of know-how.
The University also signed a partnership agreement with the Wilaya of the region, the Council of the region, Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University, Moulay Ismail University of Meknes and Al Akhawayn University of Ifrane. This agreement aims to implement a project to support research and innovation in the digital field and will contribute to the preparation of the region for the exploitation of Internet of Things technologies, robotics and cobotics, additive manufacturing and artificial intelligence.
