RAM Digital Open Innovation Program: Co-creating the Future of Air Travel
The Euro Mediterranean University of Fes is excited to announce its collaboration with Royal Air Maroc (RAM) in launching the 2nd edition of the "RAM Digital Open Innovation" program. The program aims to co-create innovative products and services in response to the challenges faced by the airline industry.
On Friday, May 5, the RAM team presented the 13 challenges to be tackled in the program at the EuroMed Innovation Center on our campus. These challenges span various areas, including crew toolbox, enterprise processes, loyalty, customer identification & knowledge, innovative retailing, self-services, disruption management, claims management, revenue optimization, network value, people's wellbeing, sustainable travel, and wild card.
We are looking for innovative startups to collaborate with us and help us build a new generation of products and services that meet the needs of RAM customers. The bootcamp will take place from June 18th to June 24th, 2023, at the EuroMed Innovation Center on our campus.
The EuroMed Innovation Center and RAM promote an agile relationship with startups based on support, visibility, transparency, and simplified procedures. As a Moroccan airline present on all continents, RAM is convinced that collaborating with startups is a key element of its innovation strategy.
We invite startups to submit their ideas and solutions to address the challenges presented in the program. The deadline for applications is May 31st, 2023. One startup will be selected from the EuroMed University to participate in the program.
We encourage our students and faculty to participate in this unique opportunity to work with one of the leading airlines in Africa and contribute to shaping the future of air travel. The program offers a platform for startups to showcase their ideas, receive mentorship from industry experts, and potentially secure partnerships with RAM.
