[AI] Official launch of the "Women in Science" Chair

Following the signing of an agreement between UEMF and the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (ICESCO) on 17 May for the establishment of a "Women in Science" chair in the field of Artificial Intelligence, the two parties today celebrated the official launch of this project. 

This chair is headed by Prof. Maha Gmira, a professor at EIDIA and holder of a PhD from the École Polytechnique de Montréal, in one of the world's centres of excellence on AI, data science for real-time decision making IVADO, CIRRELT, GERAD, etc. and the MILA headed by Prof. Yoshua Bengio. 

With the objective of strengthening the contribution of women in digital technology and attracting female PhD students to carry out research projects in this field, the Chair is intended to be a starting point for the launch of high value-added projects on an African-Euro-Mediterranean scale.
